Mas, essa pecinha \u201cfora do lugar\u201d, muitas vezes, est\u00e1 ao nosso lado, no trabalho, na sala de aula, na fam\u00edlia. Como agimos se no fundo nos parecemos cada vez mais iguais uns com os outros? Respeitamos a diferen\u00e7a? Aprendemos com ela? Avaliamos o diferente ou o ambiente (para ver se esse tamb\u00e9m consegue se adaptar)? Ou damos um jeito de medicalizar o diferente para que se adapte como todos naquele lugar? Ou ainda\u2026 o exclu\u00edmos dos grupos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somos todos seres incompletos, embora em muitos posts por a\u00ed se diga que voc\u00ea pode ser tudo o que quiser! A frustra\u00e7\u00e3o vem dessa ilus\u00e3o. Cada vez mais aceleramos para tentar dar conta da promessa de que encaixaremos todas as pe\u00e7as! N\u00e3o se pode mais ter uma folha em branco, um sil\u00eancio ou mesmo uma ruga, um fio de cabelo branco\u2026?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sociedade, onde ficou nossa capacidade de escutar o diferente? Por que precisamos dar e ter todas as respostas?
